There’s always a time and a place for carved foods and, if we’re being honest, this is where they shine in all their glory. The weight of the Kotopoulo Karver is perfect for carving up those bigger, heavier items. It is also for those who just love the look of a nice, big piece of timber sitting on their kitchen bench. This board is slightly bigger than the Souvla Server, but the weight difference is significant. He’s a big boy.

My wife and I recently purchased 3 of the handmade utensils from Cass & the team at the Wooden Koutali. To say we are impressed with the quality and style is an understatement. The utensils are both lite, and also made from a dense Australian hardwood which is perfect to use for cooking a delicious Greek Beef Stifado. In terms of style, we really like the subtle engravement at the bottom of the handle, and would recommend this as a staple for any kitchen!
