This big dog has a juice groove around it to catch all of the juicy goodness from your marinated chicken (Kotopoulo), your lamb roast, oven-baked flathead, christmas ham, thanksgiving turkey, roasted whole pumpkin; we could go on for hours. And to all of the semi pro chef’s out there, try as you might but you won’t break the Choppa.
