*please read with thick Greek accent*…. If you don’t eat no meat, that’s ok… this board help you to make juicy and delicious lamb chops. This board is huge and it means business, we don’t call it the Triple XL for nothing. This big dog has a juice groove around it to catch all of the juicy goodness from your marinated chicken (Kotopoulo), your lamb roast, oven-baked flathead, christmas ham, thanksgiving turkey, roasted whole pumpkin; we could go on for hours. And to all of the semi pro chef’s out there, try as you might but you won’t break the Choppa.

The utensils are both lite, and also made from a dense Australian hardwood which is perfect to use for cooking a delicious Greek Beef Stifado.
