Product Care

Utensils – Simply rinse, wipe or wash after use, with warm soapy water. Leave the utensil out to dry on a dish rack or pat it dry. Never soak or put product in the dishwasher.

Boards – Simply rinse, wipe or wash after use, with warm soapy water. Leave the board out to dry on a dish rack or pat it dry. Never soak or put product in the dishwasher.

Our Tips

• We recommend that you refresh your TWK products every month or two, this will keep them looking their best!
• Refresh your board by using TWK Lathi or mineral oil and rub into the product and leave it absorb overnight. For the best result, use a clean soft cloth and rub the surface to bring out the shine. Overnight your product should be looking just beaut!
• Some foods are just not meant to sit directly on your board, as an example beetroot is best served in a small bowl on your board.
• In the kitchen you can get carried away, but if you have a spag bol on a high heat for a long while… remember to put your utensil outside of the saucepan so the flavours can do their thing!
• Remember: a board that’s got lots of marks and scuffs on it means it’s been well loved and prepared many delicious meals.

We back our boards and offer a rejuvenation service. Send your board back and we will happily give your board the facelift it’s been after for a couple of years now.

This service is free of charge, all you have to do is drop your product off or pay the postage each way.

Of course, if you don’t follow our care instructions:

• Don’t put your board or utensil in the dishwasher
• Never soak our wooden products
• Simply rinse, wipe or wash the products after use
• Leave them out to dry

This voids our free of charge facelift service.
