Bifteki – Greek for beef patty.

Bifteki is essentially a Greek hamburger and refers to how mince meat is formed. Appropriately, this board will take you from mincing your garlic and oregano to mixing mince in no time. It’s big enough to chop and cater for the family, footy team or even date night. The natural edge allows for easy manoeuvrability and is very pleasing to the eye to say the least.

Please remember, all dimensions and weights are approximate, there will be variations within the same category due to the organic nature of our products. Free form edges, colour variations and grain patterns make each board unique.

The utensils are both lite, and also made from a dense Australian hardwood which is perfect to use for cooking a delicious Greek Beef Stifado. In terms of style, we really like the subtle engravement at the bottom of the handle, and would recommend this as a staple for any kitchen!

Excellent. Sturdy without being as heavy as it looks. Speaking of how it looks, it looks lovely. I lightly season mine with a dab of oil on a paper towel to give it that same dark sheen and smooth feel in the hand that it arrived with (not recommended if you aren’t regularly using, washing and reapplying. Choose your oils wisely).
