Briam – Greek, roasted vegetables.
It’s the last day of spring and you’re starting your health kick but you want to make sure what you’re eating packs a punch. The Briam Board is sturdy, strong and easy to lift. Briam is a Greek baked ratatouille of summer vegetables, usually heroing sliced potatoes and zucchinis in olive oil. This board can do it all, cubing veggies, slicing meat, finely chopping herbs and spices and it’s weight means you can get your prep to the frypan without any run-aways.
