SpanakoPITA – Greek for Spinach Pie.

You’ve been smelling it for hours now. That savoury deliciousness that is sweet earthy leaves and salty cheese. The smell is so nostalgic that you can almost taste it. It’s simply heaven. You B LINE to the kitchen, and yes there it is, a couple of perfectly cut parallelogram’s of earthly heaven. We believe delicious food should be served beautifully. This lightweight timber is perfect for the party pleaser and allows you to really pile up those delicious treats and still be able to maneuver it to the eaters. Because let’s face it…no one should leave a party hungry, just jolly!

Please don’t use the Sugi Cedar boards for chopping, it will mark the softwood’s natural tones.

Please remember, all dimensions and weights are approximate, there will be variations within the same category due to the organic nature of our products. Free form edges, colour variations and grain patterns make each board unique.

My wife and I recently purchased 3 of the handmade utensils from Cass & the team at the Wooden Koutali. To say we are impressed with the quality and style is an understatement. The utensils are both lite, and also made from a dense Australian hardwood which is perfect to use for cooking a delicious Greek Beef Stifado. In terms of style, we really like the subtle engravement at the bottom of the handle, and would recommend this as a staple for any kitchen!
