The weight of the Kotopoulo Karver is perfect for carving up those bigger, heavier items. It is also for those who just love the look of a nice, big piece of timber sitting on their kitchen bench. This board is slightly bigger than the Souvla Server, but the weight difference is significant. He’s a big boy.

This board includes complimentary natural silicone legs, adding extra stability and height—especially on our larger designs. Each board is crafted from a single, solid piece of timber, celebrating the natural character of the wood. Occasionally, unique features may appear on one side, which we thoughtfully position underneath. This way, your board maintains its beautiful, seamless surface on top while staying true to our commitment: no synthetics, no glue, no joins—just pure timber, designed for both safety and longevity.
