A Very Kruzy Kefty
Kruzy – slang for Kreousa our Great Grandmother, Aunty & Nice’s wonderful name. One thing about these Kreousa’s is they know how to cook – they’ve just got the trick of the trade. They can make something out of nothing!
Keftedes are very versatile, we have them with a Village Salad, Mash and Pea’s, Baked Veggies or have them the next day in a tomato salsa on pasta, swap your bacon out for Keftedes and eggs or even make a burger. The options are endless!
These are a crowd-pleaser and a half – the kids love them, they are a great snack and if they are an appetiser, don’t expect them to last until the main course.
