It’s finally time to join the food prep world. Everyone’s doing it. The cheese gods are twisting your arm and you buy ricotta, feta and head off to Yiayia’s… she’ll teach you the rest. The Tiropita Tray is thick enough to make a statement without being too big to be added onto the dinner table or coffee table.

Excellent. Sturdy without being as heavy as it looks. Speaking of how it looks, it looks lovely. I lightly season mine with a dab of oil on a paper towel to give it that same dark sheen and smooth feel in the hand that it arrived with (not recommended if you aren’t regularly using, washing and reapplying. Choose your oils wisely).
