My wife and I recently purchased 3 of the handmade utensils from Cass & the team at the Wooden Koutali. To say we are impressed with the quality and style is an understatement. The utensils are both lite, and also made from a dense Australian hardwood which is perfect to use for cooking a delicious Greek Beef Stifado. In terms of style, we really like the subtle engravement at the bottom of the handle, and would recommend this as a staple for any kitchen!

My Pita Platter is fantastic. Such a great size and looks beautiful when entertaining. The quality is perfection and to know it is local made is even better.
