    My husband is a little disappointed we have this because it is VERY EFFECTIVE at scraping the pot – which means he doesn’t get to anymore! If you’ve ever looked at your pot and felt sadness or regret at the wasted goodness left sticking to the edges, this is the utensil you need in your life (and kitchen drawer).

Excellent. Sturdy without being as heavy as it looks. Speaking of how it looks, it looks lovely. I lightly season mine with a dab of oil on a paper towel to give it that same dark sheen and smooth feel in the hand that it arrived with (not recommended if you aren’t regularly using, washing and reapplying. Choose your oils wisely).
