Now, if your Papou is anything like ours, he’s all about the sauce. Whether it’s a mushroom sauce, a pastitsio crema or a soupitsa, the Stirrer is going to be your saucy BFF. This spoon has a sharp angeled point on its tip, allowing for absolutely NONE of that special sauce to be left behind in the pot.

Excellent. Sturdy without being as heavy as it looks. Speaking of how it looks, it looks lovely. I lightly season mine with a dab of oil on a paper towel to give it that same dark sheen and smooth feel in the hand that it arrived with (not recommended if you aren’t regularly using, washing and reapplying. Choose your oils wisely).
