My wife and I recently purchased 3 of the handmade utensils from Cass & the team at the Wooden Koutali. To say we are impressed with the quality and style is an understatement. The utensils are both lite, and also made from a dense Australian hardwood which is perfect to use for cooking a delicious Greek Beef Stifado. In terms of style, we really like the subtle engravement at the bottom of the handle, and would recommend this as a staple for any kitchen!

Absolutely gorgeous, versatile and a joy to use. Our first one was quickly replaced at no cost when it started showing cracks on the slender business end not long after we got it. They were very professional about it. Most impressed.
