Excellent. Sturdy without being as heavy as it looks. Speaking of how it looks, it looks lovely. I lightly season mine with a dab of oil on a paper towel to give it that same dark sheen and smooth feel in the hand that it arrived with (not recommended if you aren’t regularly using, washing and reapplying. Choose your oils wisely).

I love my Papou’s Pot Stirrer so much – greatat getting the sauce out of pots and pans.
